Important Information Regarding Your Visit

We've been working hard behind the scenes to make sure that our events are as safe as possible, whilst also following the latest government guidelines. We want you, our loyal customers, as well as our own staff, exhibitors and venue staff to feel safe during our events. We also have some small but important requests for you which will help us look after everyone. We're all in this together after all and these requests mean you can enjoy your time at our events. 

Booking Guidance Hever Castle

To book: Go to hevercastle.co.uk/visit/prices/

Procedure: Simply select Adult Gardens Only ticket and use the discount code CRAFT2021 at the online checkout and your tickets will be reduced to £12. Discount code only applies to tickets purchased online in advance.

Terms: Discount codes for the craft fair tickets may be entered from 1st July, are only valid for the dates of the craft fair, and are not applicable to concessions or to family tickets.

Note: If you use the discount code please select Adult Tickets when booking even if you are over 60 or a student.

Free admission for RHS and Historic Houses Association members (Click here for terms and conditions) ADVANCE BOOKING REQUIRED. Conditions apply, see Hever Castle website.

When booking online you will be given a booking reference on screen. Please write this down. Once you have purchased your tickets you should get an email which includes your booking reference to confirm your booking. If this email is not apparent within a few hours, please check your junk / spam folders.

If you still can't find the email you will need to email info@hevercastle.co.uk to confirm your booking.

  • Accessibility: All our marquees are floored and carpeted, with ramps. Here's Hever Castle's accessibility statement 
  • This year the show guide is digital, there are no paper copies. Downloading the guide to access online means helping the environment by not using unnecessary print and paper resources

This event will feature exhibitors showcasing their work in open-sided marquees within the award-winning Hever Castle Gardens set in 125 acres of glorious grounds with the backdrop of the historic castle – the childhood home of Anne Boleyn.  Exhibitors have been selected from the UK’s finest designer makers and contemporary artists.

Children can enjoy the fabulous adventure playground, while visitors of all ages can enjoy the challenge of finding their way through the Water Maze.

Purchase from a stunning treasure trove of original and affordable designs created by some of the finest craftsmen and artists in the UK. Textiles, paintings, furniture, metal, leather, ceramics, jewellery, glass, fashion and more…

Due to Covid-19 precautions, tickets will need to be booked in advance.

Terms & Conditions: The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission in reasonable circumstances or to request any ticket holder to leave the event and take appropriate action to enforce this right. We prefer no dogs in the marquees as waggy tails can do a lot of damage!

We're Good To GoCraft In Focus have been awarded the We're Good To Go industry standard from Visit England, confirming it is adhering to the Government's Covid-19 re-opening guidance.

  1. Visitors will be asked to follow the latest social distancing government guidelines so everyone can enjoy their visit
  2. Numbers will be monitored in the selling areas
  3. We may ask visitors to queue for a short time before entering the selling areas and we would ask for your patience during this time. We will manage and monitor queues to make them as smooth and easy as possible
  4. Hand sanitisers are available at the event. Visitors will be asked to maintain their own personal hand hygiene to protect everyone
  5. Visitors will be asked to follow the one-way system in place at the event
  6. Face Coverings RequiredIn the interest of safety and the comfort of all our visitors and exhibitors, we ask that you continue to wear a face mask in all covered areas at the event, unless exempt
  7. Please do not attend if you or anyone in your household is feeling unwell or has symptoms of Covid-19
