☆☆ Celebrating 25 Years of Craft In Focus ☆☆

April 2025 marked a remarkable milestone — 25 years since Craft In Focus staged its very first event at Guildford University and opened the doors on 15 April 2000. Since then, we have grown to become the UK’s leading organiser of contemporary craft fairs, staying true to our ethos of showcasing only the finest British craftmakers and artists.

Unlike many other events, we strictly prohibit imported or mass-produced work, ensuring visitors are purchasing work direct from the makers selected to exhibit with us. This dedication has set us apart, earning us an outstanding reputation and redefining the way the public perceives craft fairs.

I make a range of functional stoneware tableware. I also produce slab pots which are made with different clays and fired at varying temperatures. The decoration which is sometimes inlaid is influenced by the landscape in which I live and the phases of the moon cycle.
